Area 419 Zero M-Series Sleeve and Mandrel Kit Features The Area 419 Zero M-Series Sleeve and Mandrel Kit gives owners of an existing M-Series die a way to refresh or replace the internal components that do the actual case sizing work. The included sizing sleeve is identical to the sleeve that ships inside a complete M-Series die allowing the reloader to swap in a fresh sleeve without purchasing an entirely new die. Area 419 built the original M-Series die around a reamer cut sizing chamber that fully sizes the case body combined with a full-length ground mandrel and spring loaded decapping for micrometer adjustable headspace control unlike anything else on the market. This modular sleeve and mandrel kit extends that same precision engineering to reloaders maintaining their existing dies. The kit s mandrel delivers approximately .002 inch of neck tension in use matching the same specification found in a complete M-Series die so case neck tension remains consistent after the swap. An extra decapping pin is included as a spare giving the reloader a backup component on hand for continued use without an interruption in reloading sessions. Machined from 4140 steel the sleeve and mandrel are built to the same durable standard as the rest of the M-Series die system. This kit is intended strictly as a replacement sizing insert for an existing M-Series die and will not function as a standalone die for reloaders who do not already own one.
