Description
The Arsenal SAM7R-62 is a semi-auto rifle in the AK platform, chambered in 7.62x39mm. It is built for shooters who want a traditional AK-pattern rifle with a 16.25-inch barrel and adjustable sights.
The rifle has a steel construction with a black finish, a 10-round capacity, and an overall length of 36.5 inches. It weighs about 8 pounds and is configured for a right-handed shooter. The receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged blank, a process the retailer describes as producing stronger, finer-grained steel.
The 7.62x39mm chambering is the cartridge the platform is designed around, so the rifle is set up for that round.
