B&P Upland Game .410 Gauge 3" #8 Shot 3/4 oz 25 Rounds

B&P Upland Game Features The B&P Upland Game uses B&P s Gordon Technology case wad to aid in reduced felt recoil without sacrificing downrange performance. The Gordon case wad lowers the pressure developed during firing which softens the shot while still delivering the energy needed to put birds down cleanly. Its conical shape optimizes the combustion of the powder charge improving consistency from shell to shell. The base of the wad is slightly larger in diameter than the body of the shell and is formed by four concentric rings that help seal and stabilize the shot column as it travels down the barrel. Loaded with 3/4 oz of #8 lead shot in a 3 .410 gauge hull this load is built specifically for the lighter recoil and tighter patterns that upland hunters look for over fast-flushing birds. A muzzle velocity of 1125 fps keeps the load fast enough for clean kills on quail grouse and similar small game at typical upland ranges. Consistent patterns at longer distances mean fewer crippled birds and more clean ethical harvests in the field. For upland hunters running a .410 gauge gun the B&P Upland Game load offers a purpose-built combination of pattern density and manageable recoil.
