Description
The Ballistic Advantage Modern Series Government Profile is a 16-inch replacement barrel for the AR-15 platform, intended for shooters rebuilding or upgrading a rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO or .223 Remington.
The barrel is machined from 4150V chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in QPQ, a corrosion-resistant treatment. It has a 1:7 twist rate and a 1/2x28 thread pitch for muzzle devices. The contour is a government profile, and the barrel weighs 1.75 pounds. It includes an M4 feed ramp extension with the same QPQ finish.
