Barnes TTSX 308 Caliber 150 Grain Boat Tail Bullets 50 Count

The Barnes TTSX Boat Tail is a 150-grain reloading bullet for hunting with 308 Winchester and other .308-diameter rifles. It is a copper, lead-free projectile sold in a box of 50 and is not loaded ammunition.

The bullet is made of 100 percent copper and has a polymer tip that improves the ballistic coefficient and supports long-range performance. Four cutting petals open on impact to roughly double the bullet diameter, providing fast expansion on game. The bullet measures 1.3 inches overall and has a boat tail base.

Barnes recommends seating the bullets 0.050 inch off the lands as a starting point, with best accuracy generally found between 0.030 and 0.070 inch depending on the rifle.
