Battle Arms Development Authority Elite 16" 5.56 NATO Complete AR-15 Upper with M-LOK Handguard

The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite is a complete AR-15 upper receiver assembly chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, sold as a bundle for building or upgrading a compatible AR-15 rifle. It is built on a billet 7075-T6 aluminum receiver with ambidextrous controls machined into the receiver itself rather than added as separate parts.

The free-float M-LOK handguard provides attachment points at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for lights, grips, and other accessories. A full-length Picatinny rail at 12 o'clock with a signature notch matching the upper receiver provides a continuous sight plane for optics. The 16-inch 4150 chrome-moly steel barrel has a black nitride finish and is individually headspaced.

The upper ships with a Bad Rack-15 ambidextrous charging handle and a complete AR15/M16 bolt carrier group, with the carrier built from 8620 steel with black nitride finish and paired with a 9310 steel bolt.
