The Beretta AX800 Recoil Pad is the B-uffer recoil pad engineered specifically for the AX800 Suprema platform, constructed from next-generation elastomeric materials that maintain energy absorption properties across a much wider temperature range than traditional rubber pads. Beretta redesigned the material of this buttpad specifically to address the durability issues seen in older pad compounds, with the new material built to resist degradation over time. The pad is cut at an angle at the top, which reduces the chance of the butt snagging on a jacket or waders during the mount — a practical design improvement for waterfowl hunters. It is compatible with the AX800 Suprema's adjustable stock system, which allows fine-tuning of length of pull, drop, cast, cheek piece, and grip using Beretta spacers.
