Description
The Bergara Premier Action Short Magnum PRC is a bolt-action receiver built for shooters assembling a rifle on a Remington 700 style platform. It is intended for use with Remington 700 style stocks and chassis, giving builders a stainless receiver to pair with the stock or chassis of their choice.
The action is machined from 416 stainless steel and features a spiral-fluted body, an enlarged bolt handle, a dual ejector, a sliding plate extractor, a nitride bayonet-style 1/4 turn bolt shroud, and a pinned recoil lug. It is offered in a short action PRC magnum chambering configuration.
For accessories, it accepts Rem 700 style triggers and scope bases with an 8-40 screw pattern.
