Berry's Superior Plated 40 S&W 155gr Flat Point Bullets 250 Count

Berry s Manufacturing Superior Features The Berry s Superior Pistol bullet line is swaged and plated to final weight then re-struck as a final manufacturing step to improve dimensional consistency and accuracy across every bullet in the box. The copper plating fully encapsulates the lead core preventing the lead fouling that traditional cast or unplated bullets leave behind in the barrel. These 155 grain flat point bullets are designed around a hollow base profile which allows the bullet to be slightly longer than a solid-base design of the same weight while maintaining more contact area with the barrel and rifling. That extra contact helps stabilize the bullet through the bore contributing to tighter more repeatable accuracy at typical pistol distances. Because the hollow base design keeps the overall weight the same as an equivalent jacketed bullet handloaders can use any published load data developed for a jacketed bullet of the same weight without additional adjustment. At a stated muzzle velocity around 1250 fps these bullets are well suited to standard .40 S&W and 10mm pressure loads for practice and competition use. Sold in bulk 250-count boxes the Superior Pistol line gives handloaders a cost-effective option for high-volume reloading. For reloaders seeking accurate barrel-friendly plated pistol bullets the Berry s Superior Pistol line is for sale at ARMSAGORA.
