Birchwood Casey Perma Blue Liquid Gun Blue 3 oz

Birchwood Casey Perma Blue Liquid is a gunsmithing finish used to touch up blue or black on steel firearm parts, particularly where nicks and scratches have worn the original finish. It is applied to clean, bare metal surfaces and produces a non-streaky, even blue/black finish on steel. It is not intended for stainless steel.

The product is supplied as a 3 oz liquid. Parts should be free of rust and oil before application, and the manufacturer recommends cleaning with its Cleaner-Degreaser first. The liquid is applied without heat using a swab, such as a cotton swab, and two applications are normally needed to reach full color.
