The Birchwood Casey NM500 Steel Round Target is an 8-inch hanging target made from 1/2-inch NM500 steel, designed for use with centerfire rifle and centerfire handgun ammunition. It is intended for personal defense training and general target practice, and it produces a clear clang when struck solidly.
The target has a white powder-coat finish for better shot visibility and a black, red, and white color scheme. It has a double hang hole design with square mounting holes that accept carriage bolts, which are not included. Multiple targets can be set up together to build a custom range.
