The Blue Force Gear 10 Speed Ultralight Dump Pouch is a compact magazine dump pouch designed to hold 10 M4 magazines in 5.56x45mm NATO. When not in use, the rip stop nylon bag stays folded under elastic webbing, so it takes up only a 2 x 2 MOLLE field and avoids the snag risk of a loose bag. A pull on the bottom tab deploys the bag, and a top cinch cord can be closed with one hand to secure contents.

Beyond magazines, the bag can hold items such as breaching charges, provisions, trash, spent casings, or extra water bottles. The rip stop nylon bag is also described as usable for gathering food or kindling and as a component of emergency water filtration. The pouch uses a Helium Whisper attachment system with a laminate material, reported to reduce weight by up to 60% while matching or exceeding 1000D CORDURA durability.
