Description
The Bravo Company MCMR BCMGunfighter 10.5" is a free-float handguard for the AR-15 platform, designed to give the shooter M-LOK modularity for attaching accessories. It mounts to the barrel nut rather than the barrel, so the handguard does not transfer loads to the barrel, which is intended to reduce deflection and support more accurate shooting.
The handguard is precision machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum alloy and finished in hard coat anodized black per Mil-A-8625F, Type III, Class 2. It has an overall length of 10.5 inches, an inside diameter of 1.3 inches, a width of 1.5 inches, and weighs 2.3 ounces. A steel barrel nut is included to resist movement under heat, and the package includes a BCM M-LOK compatible sling mount.
