Brownells Match-Grade Barrel For Sig P365XL 9mm Non-Threaded Black Nitride

Brownells Match-Grade Barrel Features This Brownells barrel is machined specifically to fit the Sig Sauer P365XL engineered as a match-grade upgrade over the factory barrel. The 416R stainless steel construction is chosen for its ability to hold tight dimensional tolerances which translates directly into a more consistent lockup with the slide on every cycle. Ahead of the 9mm Luger chamber a button-rifled bore with a 1-10 twist and six grooves stabilizes the bullet for better downrange accuracy. The barrel is designed as a straight drop-in fit on most P365XL pistols meaning shooters can upgrade without a gunsmith visit in most cases. Every barrel is finished in an extra-hard Black Nitride coating that resists surface wear while standing up to corrosion far better than an untreated stainless surface. This non-threaded model keeps a clean snag-free muzzle profile suited to concealed carry and everyday duty use. Each barrel is laser engraved with its chambering and the exact Sig model it fits so there is never any doubt about compatibility once it is installed. For P365XL shooters chasing tighter groups without giving up the pistol s compact carry footprint this barrel is a straightforward high-value upgrade.
