Brownells Match-Grade Barrel 9mm Threaded for Sig P365XL

Brownells Match-Grade Barrel Features This Brownells barrel is machined to a precise fit for the Sig Sauer P365XL engineered as a match-grade replacement for the factory barrel. Built from 416R stainless steel it holds tight tolerances that produce a more consistent lockup with the slide on every cycle of the action. A button-rifled bore with a 1-10 twist and six grooves runs ahead of the 9mm Luger chamber giving the compact pistol noticeably more accuracy potential than its size suggests. Installation is designed as a straightforward drop-in fit on most P365XL pistols so shooters can upgrade without extensive gunsmithing. The muzzle is threaded at 1/2x28 tpi opening up the option to run a compensator or a sound suppressor on a pistol that ships from the factory without that capability. An extra-hard Black Nitride finish coats the barrel to resist surface wear while holding off corrosion far better than an untreated stainless surface would. Each barrel is laser engraved with its chambering and the exact Sig model it fits removing any guesswork about compatibility at installation. For P365XL owners looking to add muzzle device versatility alongside a genuine accuracy upgrade this threaded barrel delivers both in one part.
