Description
The Browning Cynergy CX is a 12 gauge over/under shotgun intended for field and general shooting. It uses a Reverse Striker ignition system, a striker-based mechanical trigger, and a MonoLock Hinge that combines the monobloc and hinge into one part. Impact Ejectors use a secondary striker spring to help eject fired hulls.
The gun has a 30-inch back-bored vent rib barrel chambered for 3-inch shells, with a 2-round capacity. Sights are an ivory bead front and mid-bead rear. The receiver has a silver nitride finish and the action is a break-open design with a top tang safety. The composite stock has a 14.25-inch length of pull and a drop of 1 5/8 inches at comb and 2 inches at heel. Invector-Plus Midas chokes in full, modified, and improved cylinder are included.
The shotgun weighs about 7.14 pounds and measures 48.75 inches overall.
