For your consideration, the Browning BAR LongTrac semi-auto rifle chambered in .300 Win Mag. The BAR is well known, and the LongTrac is simply the BAR with a long action in mind. It features a 24" hammer forged barrel by FN, Turkish walnut stock and forearm and a hinged floorplate with detachable box mag. These are no longer in production.
