Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR 300 PRC 26" 5-Round Bolt Action Rifle

Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR Features The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter LR starts with a redesigned receiver and bolt that adds guidance surface area for smoother cycling under field conditions. The sporter contour barrel is matte blued and free floated with the action bedded for consistent accuracy shot after shot. A belled muzzle threaded 5/8-24 accommodates suppressor use and the included radial muzzle brake tames recoil for faster more confident follow up shots at 300 PRC power levels. The adjustable DLX trigger is a three lever design offering zero creep and zero overtravel factory preset at 3.5 lbs and adjustable down to 3.0 lbs for a crisp repeatable break. The Vari-Tech composite stock is where this rifle earns its name offering three way adjustment for comb height length of pull and grip angle so the rifle can be dialed in to the individual shooter. Interchangeable grip modules let a hunter switch between sporter and vertical grip styles while rubber overmolding on the gripping surfaces adds security in wet or cold conditions. The Plus Magazine System extends capacity to 5+1 while retaining the center feed shoulder holding design that protects bullet tips from damage under recoil. A 1-1/4 Inflex recoil pad absorbs felt recoil and an integrated Picatinny rail up front accepts a bipod for stable positional shooting in open country.
