Description
The Burn Proof Gear Heavy Suppressor Cover is a black protective sleeve designed to shield hands and gear from the heat of a suppressor during shooting. It is intended for use with semi-automatic and full-automatic firearms and is suited to high-volume drills as well as hunting.
The outer shell is made from DuPont Kevlar, rated to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, and an inner liner of fiberglass mesh sleeving is rated to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit to insulate the suppressor from direct heat transfer. The cover measures 6.5 x 1.5 inches and is built 0.5 inches longer than the suppressor so it can cinch around both the front and rear for a secure fit.
