The Burn Proof Gear Heavy Suppressor Cover is a flat dark earth (FDE) protective sleeve for suppressors, designed to shield hands and gear from contact burns during shooting sessions. It is intended for use on suppressors in both semi-automatic and full-automatic applications.

The cover is made from DuPont Kevlar rated to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, with a fiberglass mesh sleeving inner liner rated to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit that insulates the suppressor from direct heat transfer. It measures 6.5 inches overall and fits suppressors with a 1.5 inch diameter. The cover extends 0.5 inches beyond the suppressor and cinches at both ends to reduce shifting under recoil.

The FDE finish is intended to match earth-tone tactical equipment.
