The Burn Proof Gear Heavy Suppressor Cover is a protective sleeve designed to shield hands and gear from the heat of a suppressor during shooting. It is made from DuPont Kevlar with an inner liner of fiberglass mesh sleeving, and is offered in a Flat Dark Earth finish to match earth-tone tactical equipment.
The cover measures 7 inches by 1.5 inches, which is 0.5 inch longer than the suppressor it fits, allowing it to cinch around both the front and rear of the suppressor. The Kevlar exterior is rated to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit and the fiberglass liner to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. The product is listed as suitable for semi-automatic and full-automatic firearms.
