Description
The Butler Creek Flip-Open Scope Eyepiece Cover #10 is a black polymer cover that protects a riflescope's ocular lens from dust, moisture and debris between shooting sessions. Its large push button springs the cover open quickly, so the lens can be uncovered when a shot is ready.
The cover is sized for an eyepiece with a 38.50 mm (1.51 in) outside diameter. A friction mount and semi O-ring hold the cover firmly in place and help seal out dust and moisture. To choose the correct size, check the scope's owner's manual or measure the eyepiece outside diameter with calipers and select the closest listed cover that is 0.01 to 0.025 in (0.25 to 0.64 mm) larger than the measurement.
