Description
The Butler Creek Flip-Open Scope Cover #17 is a black polymer protective cap for the objective lens of a riflescope. It opens with a thumb press and closes to shield the lens from dust and moisture when the optic is not in use.
The cover is sized to fit an objective lens with an outside diameter of 1.612 inches (40.9 mm), listed as 41 mm objective. It uses a slip-on friction mount with a semi O-ring to hold it in place. Finger tabs on both sides of the cap allow opening with either hand.
Before buying, confirm the fit against your scope's owner's manual or measure the objective's outside diameter with calipers. Choose a cover that is between 0.01 and 0.025 inches (0.25 to 0.64 mm) larger than your measurement.

- Objective: 41 mm
