The C&H Precision V4 Glock MOS Optic Plate is an adapter plate that mounts a Leupold Delta Point Pro red dot sight onto a Glock pistol equipped with a Multi Optic System (MOS) slide. It is intended for Mil/LEO use and is supplied in a black anodized finish.
The plate is machined from 6061 aluminum and uses stainless steel mounting hardwareincluding a T-nut with replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts, which the product description cites for six to seven threads of engagement. The V4 Mil/LEO version is listed at roughly .095 to .099 inches thick.
