The C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO Adapter is a scope base that lets a Holosun 509T red dot sight mount on a Glock MOS pistol. It is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in black anodize for a durable, low-profile setup.
The plate uses a stainless steel T-nut and replaceable 416 stainless steel T-posts, which the maker states provide six to seven threads of engagement. The V4 MIL/LEO plates are listed at roughly .095 to .099 inch thick, and stainless steel mounting hardware is included.
