Armat Societe Anonyme Liege ~ Wede Standard ~ 12 Gauge

The Socit Anonyme Liège Wede Standard is a traditional Belgian-made 12-gauge side-by-side shotgun displaying the classic styling and craftsmanship associated with the Liège gunmaking trade. This guild-built sporting arm features a break-action design with horizontally arranged barrels, traditional wood furniture, and tasteful receiver engraving that gives it distinctive Old World character. Known examples of the Wede Standard were produced with 2¾-inch chambers and fixed chokes, although exact specifications should be verified from the individual firearm's markings. With its balanced handling, elegant profile, and Belgian heritage, the Wede Standard is an appealing choice for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage European sporting shotguns. Metal is worn with age, wear, and use, wood is fair and the bore is good. Missing front bead.
