Cadex Defence CDX-SS Seven S.T.A.R.S. Covert 308 Win 16.5" 10-Round Rifle

Cadex Defence CDX-SS Seven S.T.A.R.S. Covert Features The Cadex Defence CDX-SS Seven S.T.A.R.S. Covert is built on a Rem 700 style action with a bolt action design tuned for consistent lock time and repeatable accuracy. The 16.5 barrel is fluted to shed weight and manage heat while keeping the rifle shorter overall than a standard precision rifle supporting the compact concealable role this model is designed around. A five groove 1:10 twist rate barrel is matched to common .308 Win bullet weights for stable flight to the target. The MX2 ST muzzle brake tames recoil and muzzle rise helping the shooter stay on target for faster follow up shots during target engagement work. The folding Strike PRO chassis allows the buttstock to fold for transport and storage without losing its tool-free length of pull and comb height adjustments letting the shooter dial the rifle to their build. An adjustable two-stage trigger breaking between 1.5 and 2.5 lb gives a clean predictable release that rewards precise trigger control. The M-LOK handguard provides mounting space for bipods lights and other accessories while the full length Picatinny rail on the Hybrid Tan Cerakote receiver supports a wide range of optics and night vision devices. Feeding from a 10-round AICS pattern magazine and finished with a black polymer grip the Cadex CDX-SS Covert is built for shooters who need precision performance in a rifle sized for close and concealed operation.
