Description
The Caldwell AR500 8-inch Rimfire/Handgun Gong is a yellow steel target made from 1/4-inch AR500 steel, designed for shooting at rimfire and non-magnum handgun calibers. The plate is laser cut and is intended for both beginning and experienced shooters practicing hit-and-move target work.
According to the input, the gong is rated for 22 LR, 9mm Luger, 45 ACP, 40 S&W and 380 ACP loads. Because the plate is thinner than centerfire-rated steel, it moves more on impact and produces a distinct ring even from lower-energy rounds.
