Description

The CGS Group Helios QD is a short quick-attach suppressor for 5.56x45mm NATO rifles and carbines, rated for both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. It is built for hard-use rifle applications where durability and repeatable installation matter.

The suppressor is constructed from Inconel 718 using DMLS (direct metal laser sintering) and finished in black DLC. Its overall length is 6.5 inches and it weighs 1.19 pounds. It uses a QD mount and a taper interface between the muzzle device and suppressor, which the manufacturer states is intended to keep muzzle device threads from carbon locking.
