Christensen Arms Evoke Mossy Oak Bottomlands 7mm Backcountry 16.25" Threaded Rifle

Christensen Arms Evoke Features The Christensen Arms Evoke is built around a precision machined receiver mated to a button rifled hand lapped 416R stainless steel barrel finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote with a free floating design that keeps barrel harmonics consistent from shot to shot. Chambered in 7mm Backcountry the 16.25 inch barrel carries a 1:8 twist rate suited to the heavier for caliber bullets common in long range hunting loads. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and ships with a removable color matched thread protector so hunters can mount a brake or suppressor when extra recoil control or sound reduction is needed. A match chamber contributes to the rifle s accuracy potential across a range of factory and handloaded ammunition. Feeding from a 4 round detachable magazine the Evoke pairs with an adjustable TriggerTech trigger that breaks anywhere from 2.5 to 5 pounds giving hunters the ability to tune pull weight to their preference. The drilled and tapped receiver accepts standard Remington 700 pattern scope bases so mounting optics is straightforward with widely available hardware. A polymer stock finished in Mossy Oak Bottomland camo includes an integrated Picatinny rail section on the forend for accessories like bipods and a two position safety rounds out the control layout. At 7.7 pounds the Evoke balances portability for all day carry with the heft needed for stable accurate shooting in the field.
