Cimarron Firearms 1892 Carbine Color Case Hardened / Walnut .44 Mag 20 Barrel 10-Rounds

Cimarron Firearms 1892 Carbine Features The Cimarron 1892 Carbine is built on John Browning s 1884 patents the same design foundation used for the larger model 1886 rifle and was originally introduced by Winchester to replace the aging 1873 action. Chambered in .44 Mag the rifle feeds from a 10+1 capacity and cycles through a smooth lever action that suits both fast repeat shots and deliberate aimed fire. The 20 inch round barrel wears a traditional blued finish with a 1:16 inch twist rate giving the carbine a balanced profile for carrying afield or working a lever gun course. A hammer safety adds a layer of operational security consistent with the rifle s classic design. A color case hardened steel receiver provides a striking visual contrast against the fixed walnut stock giving the 1892 Carbine the traditional look that collectors and history minded shooters value. The walnut stock is finished to complement the hardened receiver and the right hand configuration suits the vast majority of shooters without modification. At an overall length of 47.65 inches and a weight of 5.8 pounds the carbine carries comfortably in the field while remaining quick to shoulder. Faithful to its 19th century roots yet built with modern manufacturing standards the Cimarron 1892 Carbine is a dependable choice for hunting cowboy action shooting or simply enjoying a piece of firearms heritage.
