Cimarron US Cavalry Model P 45 Colt 7.5" Single Action Revolver

The Cimarron US Cavalry Model P is a single action revolver in .45 Colt, a historical reproduction modeled on the Colt 1873 Army revolver issued to U.S. Cavalry units, including the 7th Cavalry. It is intended for shooters interested in Old West firearms and historical recreation.

The revolver has a 7.5-inch barrel, a six-round cylinder, fixed sights with a wide front sight, and a steel frame and components with a color case hardened finish. It weighs 2.56 pounds. Its single action mechanism requires the hammer to be cocked before each shot.

Each pistol is stamped with the inspector's OWA cartouche on the walnut stock, government proof marks, and the last four digits of the serial number on the cylinder.
