Cimarron U.S. Cavalry 45 Colt 7.5" 6-Round Revolver Walnut

Cimarron Firearms U.S. Cavalry Features The Cimarron U.S. Cavalry is chambered in .45 Colt and built on an Old Model frame that mirrors the original cavalry revolvers carried in the 19th century. Its distinctive original finish gives the steel an aged old looking appearance rather than a bright modern blue a treatment that appeals to collectors and reenactors seeking historical authenticity over a showroom shine. The 7.5 inch barrel offers a long sight radius for steady aim at cowboy action stages or on the range and the fixed sight setup keeps the profile faithful to the period design. A 6-round cylinder capacity matches the original cavalry revolvers this model is built to replicate. Wood grips provide a traditional point of contact and a secure familiar hold that single action shooters expect from a classic revolver. At just under 41 ounces the gun carries enough weight to help tame recoil while remaining comfortable to carry and shoot through a full day at the range. Standard hammer and trigger components keep the action true to the original Old Model configuration maintaining the authentic feel collectors look for. Whether added to a collection or carried into cowboy action competition the Cimarron U.S. Cavalry offers a historically faithful shooting experience in a well made package.
