This pistol was built to resemble a standard US WWI issue 1911. Right side of slide reads: MODEL 1911-2011. Left side reads: Adopted March 29, 1911 - United States Army. Left side of frame reads UNITED STATES PROPERTY. Brush blue finish, flat main spring housing with loop, blue lanyard loop magazine, long smooth trigger, checkered wide spur hammer, slide stop and safety, grips are diamond checkered walnut. Beveled U-notch rear sight. CONDITION: Excellent, as new with light handling. Bright bore.
