Colt 1911 Government Classic 38 Super 5" Stainless 9-Round Pistol

The Colt 1911 Government Classic is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol chambered in 38 Super and built on the 1911 platform. It is styled as a tribute to Colt's earlier Commercial Government Model pistols and uses the Series 70 firing system, with rollmarks and a national match barrel.

The pistol has a 5-inch barrel and a full-size frame with an overall length of 8.5 inches, both in stainless steel. It carries a 9-round capacity with a standard grip, a 3-dot white sight configuration, an ambidextrous thumb safety, a beavertail grip, a service hammer, and a long trigger. The slide has serrated stainless steel finish and the grips are checkered black rubber.

The pistol is right-hand operated and is intended for shooters who want a standard 1911 to personalize.
