Colt Government Model 45 ACP Semi-Auto Pistol (1947)

Colt Government Model semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 Auto. Based on published Colt Government Model serial number ranges, this pistol was manufactured in 1947, placing it in the early post-World War II production era when Colt resumed commercial Government Model sales. The pistol retains the classic full-size 1911 pattern with a blued finish, checkered wood grips, and adjustable rear sight. Condition appears good overall, with the finish showing moderate handling wear and light surface marks consistent with age and use. The grips remain in solid condition, and frame has custom stippling.
