Colt Sauer (JP Sauer &Sohn) - 3000 Drilling - 12 Gauge/30-06

The Colt-Sauer Model 3000 is a premium three-barreled combination gun (drilling) manufactured in West Germany by J.P. Sauer & Sohn and imported to the U.S. in the mid-1980s via a partnership with Colt. It features side-by-side 12-gauge shotgun barrels over a central rifle barrel chambered in 30-06 Springfield. It is a break-action design with a Greener-style crossbolt safety and cocking indicators. Engaging the rifle barrel selector automatically pops up a rear leaf sight on the rib. It is equipped with a single-set front trigger that pushes forward to lighten the pull for rifle precision. It has a High-grade checkered walnut stock and coin-finished receivers adorned with traditional game-scene engravings and scroll work.
