Colt 1873 Single Action Army in .45 Colt. This Third Gen Colt SAA is in excellent condition. It has a blue finish on the barrel, hammer, trigger, and back strap, and a case-hardened frame. The grips are smooth walnut. The top of the barrel is marked "Colt's PT. F. A. MFG. Co. Hartford CT. U.S.A". The patent stamp on the frame reads "PAT. Sept. 19, 1871 July 2, 72 Jan 19, 75". This revolver was manufactured in 1978. No box.
