The CondorA(R) Tactical P.A.S.S. Chute Knife takes inspiration from the classic "chute knife" survival tool first seen used by special operations forces during the Vietnam War. Designed to easily cut paracord for a quick exit from an entangled parachute. But also light and easy-to-carry behind enemy lines for survival, emergencies, and last-ditch self-defense. This Knife was created as part of the Condor P.A.S.S. (Plain And Simple Survival) line of tactical blades. Easy to use. Rock-solid dependability. No extra bells and whistles to obscure its emergency response capabilities. Condor Tool & Knife traces its lineage back to Solingen, Germany and the Gebr Weyesberg Company. In 1964 a new manufacturing facility was founded by Weyesberg in Santa Ana, El Salvador. Machinery was imported from Germany, and local employees were sent to Solingen for extensive training.
