Description
The CVA Scout Gen 3 is a single-shot rifle chambered in 45-70 Government, built on Connecticut Valley Arms' single-shot platform. It is intended for hunting and general shooting, and it suits shooters who want a simple, reliable action with a modern synthetic stock.
The rifle has a 22-inch barrel and weighs 7.8 pounds. It uses an ambidextrous action with a matte blued and stealth gray finish. The barrel is threaded at 11/16x24 and ships with a thread protector, and the receiver has a Picatinny mount for optics. No iron sights are included.
The stock is synthetic with a comfortable cheek rest and ergonomic grip. The rifle holds one round at a time, so each shot is loaded by hand.
