Description
The Crimson Trace Lasergrips 1911 Government/Commander Front Activation is a grip-replacement laser sight for 1911 pistols, designed to project a visible green laser dot when the shooter grips the handgun in a normal firing position. Activation happens through the grip itself, so no separate switch needs to be found under stress.
The unit is molded from black polymer in a black finish and fits full-size 1911 Government and Commander frames. It installs without modifying the firearm, and windage and elevation are adjustable. A master on/off switch is included. The factory sighting is set to approximate point of impact at 50 feet. The raw text cites about 2 hours of green-laser battery life.
The package is a pair of replacement grip panels with the laser module, intended for owners of compatible 1911 pistols.
