The swab has a swivel core wire with a Tufcor core wire with a swivel core wire. The swab is a flat double-ended flat swab with a reusable plastic handle with a swivel connector & a reusable plastic swivel connector. The swab is a reusable alcohol knuckle with a swivel handle. The swab handle is not included.
