Description
The Dan Wesson Specialist is a full-size 1911-platform semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built for duty and defensive use. It has a 5-inch barrel and a forged stainless steel slide with a Clark-style serrated rib.
The pistol has fixed night sights with a tritium dot in the rear and a front sight with a green lamp and white target ring. The frame includes an integral 1913 Picatinny rail and 25 LPI front strap checkering. The trigger guard is undercut and the slide stop is recessed to allow laser grip installation. It has an ambidextrous thumb safety, an extended magazine release, and a detachable two-piece magwell. G10 grips are included.
The pistol ships with two magazines with bump pads, each holding 10 rounds. It is offered in matte stainless or Duty Black finish.
