These defining specifications give the custom build its compact SBR proportions. An A2 birdcage flash hider sits at the muzzle. Its familiar slotted configuration complements the fixed front-sight layout and completes the rifle's traditional carbine appearance. The barrel length, medium contour and A2 muzzle device are central to the identity of this particular build.DDM4 Lower and Daniel Defense FurnitureThe DDM4 lower receiver includes an ambidextrous safety selector, providing selector access from either side. Daniel Defense supplies the stock, pistol grip and foregrip, giving the rifle branded components at its primary contact points. The build also includes a Daniel Defense charging handle. The shoulder stock and 11.5-inch barrel form the short-barreled rifle configuration. The foregrip supplies a dedicated forward hand contact point, while the pistol grip and stock complete the rear furniture. Together, these parts create a coordinated DD component package.DD4 7.0 M-LOK HandguardThe DD4 7.0 handguard provides a 7-inch M-LOK fore-end. Its M-LOK interface supports compatible accessories at the available attachment slots, allowing accessory selection to suit the space and mounting requirements of the handguard. The fore-end works alongside the build's fixed front-post gas-block arrangement.Fixed Front Sight and A1.5 Rear SightThe front sight is integrated with the fixed front-post gas block, which also includes a bayonet lug. At the rear, the Daniel Defense A1.5 sight provides a fixed sighting reference and uses the Rock & Lock mounting system. This front-and-rear combination supplies a complete iron-sight arrangement.Fixed sights remain upright as part of the rifle's configuration. Their visible profile is a key feature of this custom build, giving shoppers who prefer a traditional carbine sight layout a clearly defined option.Included ComponentsAssembled Daniel Defense DDM4 Custom Build SBROne 32-round magazineDaniel Defense stock, pistol grip and foregripDaniel Defense charging handleDD4 7.0 M-LOK handguardFixed front-post gas block with bayonet lugDaniel Defense A1.5 fixed rear sight with Rock & Lock mountingA2 birdcage flash hiderProduct SpecificationsManufacturer / product family: Daniel Defense DDM4Configuration: Custom-build short-barreled rifle (SBR)Model: DDM4Product code / SKU: DD-DDM4-CUSTOM-SBRUPC: 306005003108Chambering: 5.56 NATOBarrel length: 11.5 inchesBarrel profile: MediumBarrel twist: 1:7Lower receiver: DDM4Safety selector: AmbidextrousStock, pistol grip and foregrip: Daniel DefenseCharging handle: Daniel DefenseHandguard: DD4 7.0 M-LOK; 7-inchFront sight / gas block: Fixed front post with bayonet lugRear sight: Daniel Defense A1.5 fixed rear; Rock & LockMuzzle device: A2 birdcage flash hiderMagazine quantity: OneMagazine capacity: 32 roundsFrequently Asked QuestionsIs this an SBR or a braced pistol? This is a short-barreled rifle with a Daniel Defense stock and an 11.5-inch barrel.Which ambidextrous control is included? The DDM4 lower receiver includes an ambidextrous safety selector. What sights come with this build? It includes a fixed front-post gas block and a Daniel Defense A1.5 fixed rear sight with Rock & Lock mounting. How many magazines are included? One 32-round magazine is included.Order the Daniel Defense DDM4 Custom Build SBR from ARMSAGORA's retailers.
