The Daniel Defense Aimpoint Micro Mount Absolute & Lower 1/3 Co-Witness is a scope base for mounting Aimpoint Micro R-1, H-1, T-1, and T-2 optics to a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail. It is designed for shooters who want a low-profile, snag-free, reversible mount without quick attach and detach.
The mount is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish and measures 1.24 inches overall. It offers either an absolute or lower 1/3 co-witness with iron sights. A recoil lug engages the bottom of the optic to reduce stress on the factory mounting screws and help maintain a repeatable zero.
The base secures to the rail with two slotted machine screws that thread into stainless steel self-locking inserts resistant to vibration and loosening.
