Description
The Daniel Defense RIS III M-LOK Rail is a 10.5-inch free-floating handguard for AR-15 rifles. It replaces the factory handguard on a mil-spec upper receiver and gives the barrel a free-floating interface, which the manufacturer states helps barrel harmonics and accuracy.
The rail is machined from aluminum with a black anodized finish and weighs 13.7 ounces. It has M-LOK slots for attaching accessories and a continuous 1913 Picatinny top rail for optics and backup sights. Integrated sling swivel attachment points accept QD sling systems without adapters.
The rail fits AR-15 mil-spec upper receivers and suits suppressed SBR, mid-length, and carbine builds.
