Description
The DeSantis Gunhide Speed Scabbard is an outside-waistband holster built for a 1911-pattern pistol with a 4.25-inch barrel. It is designed for plainclothes carry where the wearer prefers a holster without a thumb break, while still providing firearm retention through precise molding and a tension screw on most models.
This holster is made of unlined black leather and attaches to the belt through a 1 3/4-inch belt slot. It is listed for right-hand use and fits the Springfield Prodigy 1911 with or without a red dot optic. Some versions have two belt slots and no tension device.
