Description
This is an outside-the-waistband holster for the 1911 Government pistol with a 5-inch barrel, sized to carry the weapon in a right-hand configuration. It is made from tan leather and mounts to the belt with a belt slide, so it rides on the outside of the waistband.
The holster carries the pistol high and at an angle to keep the grip readily accessible. A thumb break retention strap adds a level 2 retention release. The leather is double stitched with bonded nylon cord, and the body is molded to the specific weapon it is designed to hold.
Because the holster is molded for a 1911 Government with a 5-inch barrel, it is intended for that pistol only. Confirm the barrel length and frame size before purchase.
