Dexter-Russell V-Lo 7in Santoku Chef Knife

Dexter V-LO Features The Dexter Outdoors V-LO Santoku Chef Knife carries a 7 inch blade made from DEXSTEEL finished with a GRANTONedge that creates small air pockets along the blade to help food release cleanly during slicing and chopping. The polished finish gives the blade a smooth easy to clean surface while a Rockwell hardness of 54 balances edge retention with ease of resharpening for frequent kitchen use. At a thickness of 0.09 inches the blade is thin enough for precise cuts while still carrying enough weight to move through dense vegetables and proteins. The Santoku profile is well suited to chopping dicing and mincing tasks common in both home and camp kitchens. The Polypropylene and Santoprene handle delivers a non-slip ergonomic grip which matters when working with wet hands or in a busy kitchen environment. At an overall length of 13 inches the knife offers a comfortable balance between the blade and handle for extended use. The knife is manufactured in the USA and ships in peggable packaging making it an easy option for both personal use and retail display.
