Lantac SF15 Forged Receiver Set

The Lantac SF15 receiver set starts out as a forging of 7075-T6 aluminum and then machined to get the final better-than-Mil-Spec dimensions and profile. This allows for an extremely precise fit between the upper and the lower with zero wobble. While the lower receiver has the look and feel of a Mil-Spec receiver, it comes with subtle features like a flared magwell for faster magazine changes and a spot cut on the rear takedown pin area to facilitate easier removal of the takedown pin without the need for an extended version. The upper receiver is not without its features either like the improved front lug that facilitates a tighter fit between the receivers and the radiused cam pin recess for reduced wear. The bore, threads, picatinny rail, and front receiver face are all machined in one operation to maintain concentricity.
